Jack Schmidt
Jack A. Schmidt currently works and resides in Toledo, OH. He received a B.S. degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH. He later went on to pursue post-graduate studies in glass at Alfred State University in Alfred, NY and earned a graduate degree from Illinois State University in 1973.
Throughout his career, Schmidt has taught at several prestigious institutions including the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI, Ohio University in Athens, OH, The Cleveland Institute of Art in Cleveland ,OH, California State University, Chico,CA, Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood WA and Penland School of Crafts, Penland, NC.
