Growing up surrounded by glass art had its perks. I often visited clients’ homes and was instantly drawn to their collections, especially the works by Emily Brock. Each piece reflected the unique tastes of its owner and offered a visual adventure that captivated my imagination. Emily’s meticulous approach to her sculptures was evident in every detail. She took great care in crafting and placing each tiny object, creating scenes that felt both familiar and magical. Her works are some of the most creative and sought-after because they resonate with viewers, evoking memories of eras and places we all recognize.

We are honored to continue our longstanding partnership and friendship with Brock and are thrilled to offer works from her personal collection. This is a rare opportunity to acquire pieces that have been carefully preserved, and hidden away for years—even decades.

We have been fortunate to showcase Emily Brock’s work over the years at prestigious events such as SOFA Chicago, Art Palm Beach, and Habatat’s Glass Internationals, among many other exhibitions. Her captivating sculptures have consistently resonated with audiences, making her a cherished artist in our gallery’s history.

These works are being sold directly from Emily’s studio in New Mexico and will require additional art handling costs. At Habatat, we are committed to making the process as seamless as possible, and all purchases will be shipped in April 2025. – Aaron Schey
