Jaroslava Brychtova′ Has Died
- As noted in the AACG Newsletter:
- “The contemporary glass world has lost an icon. Jaroslava Brychtová passed away on April 8 at the age of 95 in the Czech Republic. She was the wife and collaborative partner of Stanislav Libenský, who passed away in 2002. Brychtová was a sculptor, and met her husband, originally a painter and later a glass artist, in 1954. They married in 1963 and worked together until Libenský’s death.”
