Said Big Ears founder Ashley Capps, “One of the inspirations was music that would work beautifully in this environment.” That environment was underneath the “Sky” portion of Richard Jolley’s sculptural work Cycle of Life: Within the Power of Dreams and the Wonder of Infinity — a series of reflective and transluscent orbs that looks like a zephyr of molecules. In turn, a lot of the music was primordial, transcendent and patient.”
